Day 6 – June 28

Today, Crooked River Provincial Park, Bear Lake, BC to Linns Flatbed Creek Campground, Tumbler Ridge, BC

This morning before we left Bear Lake, we needed to empty the grey and black tanks.

Due to all the mosquitos, Lucy only got out briefly for a photo with a mushroom, while we filled the water tank.

Some of the flowers nearby.

This is some of the scenery from today. Since I am riding in the back seat, these photos are taken over Steve’s shoulder through the windshield.

FINALLY! Our first bear photo and hopefully not the last one.

We went through the town of Chetwynd, BC today. In town, there is over 100 chainsaw carvings. This is one I photographed with Kenny, Lucy and snowball.

Here is our campsite at Lions Flatbed Creek Campground, Tumbler Ridge, BC. Our home for 2 nights. It was very tricky to park the trailer. The driveway was narrow with ditches on both sides, plus the road was narrow with ditches, but Steve did it in 2 tries with my guidance on the walkie talkie.
